Ms. Aishwarya Ravishankar – is the Director of 3 Dimensional Insurance Brokers India Pvt Ltd. She is a Chartered Accountant and has worked in SBI Capital Markets in Mumbai in the project financing division. Prior to that she worked in Ernst & Young in Gurgaon in the assurance department. She was placed in the Merit list in both intermediate and final level in the chartered accountancy exam and graduated from the prestigious Shri Ram College of Commerce in 2012. She has also completed the Insurance Institute of India training for Composite Brokers and cleared all the respective examinations.

Pawan is a MBA from University of Mumbai with more than 7 years of experience in the field of reinsurance broking. He is a true international executive with strong global connections, particularly in the GCC & African markets.
Pawan started his career as a reinsurance broker with Bharat Re, a well known Indian Insurance & reinsurance broking house, where he was assigned risk placement (facultative & treaty) and business development from GCC region, along with African treaty business settlements. During his tenure, he had a first hand experience with retrocession programs of a leading reinsurance company. Later, he moved to Prudent, one of the largest insurance & reinsurance brokers in India, where he successfully managed to place complex reinsurance risks emanating from Asia, GCC & African territories. During his tenure, he also had a first hand experience with regulatory compliances & IRDAI audits. Prior to joining 3DI, Pawan was working as Associate Vice President at Noble, a Dubai based international Insurance & Reinsurance broking house, developing facultative & treaty reinsurance business from GCC, African & Asian markets. Within a short span of time, he created a strong reputation for Noble with Cedents and Reinsurers alike and successfully built a good reinsurance book for the company.
